Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days/week
Job Summary
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales of VoltVala’s services and products. This role will focus on expanding our customer base for AMC packages, electrical services, and product sales through direct field interactions, partnerships, and local marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers (households, housing societies, small businesses, offices) to promote VoltVala’s services and products.
Drive subscriptions for VoltVala’s Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages.
Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and participate in local promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Gather market intelligence on competitor services and pricing.
Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and community awareness drives for VoltVala.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2C sales, or service industry sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with door-to-door or field visits.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of electrical services is an advantage.
Must own a smartphone; a two-wheeler is preferred for mobility.
