Job Summary
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales of VoltVala’s services and products. This role will focus on expanding our customer base for AMC packages, electrical services, and product sales through direct field interactions, partnerships, and local marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and VoltVala’s app/website.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and service agreements for clients.
Coordinate with Field Sales Officers and Service Teams for bookings and follow-ups.
Maintain customer database, leads, and sales pipeline records.
Track AMC package renewals, service bookings, and customer payments.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Support sales campaigns, promotional offers, and digital marketing activities.
Ensure customer complaints are recorded, followed up, and resolved in coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain office documentation and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business / Commerce / Administration.
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Office Coordinator / Customer Support Executive.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in service industry, electrical services, or facility management is an advantage.
