Welcome to VoltVala. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”). By using VoltVala, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
-You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. User Accounts
– To book services or make purchases, you must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
– You are responsible for all activity under your account.
– VoltVala reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
3. Service Bookings
– All service requests are subject to availability.
– You agree to provide access and necessary conditions for service professionals to complete their tasks safely.
– Cancellations and rescheduling must comply with our Cancellation Policy (refer to point 8).
4. Product Orders
– Product availability is subject to stock at the time of order.
– Prices listed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
– Orders once confirmed are processed for delivery as per our shipping policy.
5. Payments
– All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
– You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings or purchases.
– VoltVala is not liable for any payment errors caused by third-party providers
6. Intellectual Property
– All content on the VoltVala app and website (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of ZWNTSA Group or its licensors.
– You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
– Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
– Upload or distribute viruses or harmful code.
– Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Service Cancellation: Can be done up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
– Product Returns: Allowed within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or incorrect.
– Refunds: Will be initiated after inspection and approval, and processed to the original payment method.
9. Disclaimer
– Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
– VoltVala makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or reliability of third-party service providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
VoltVala shall not be liable for:
– Any indirect or consequential damages.
– Delays or service failures caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
– Unauthorized access to or use of your data by others.
11. Termination
VoltVala may terminate or suspend access to your account at any time without notice for violating these Terms or applicable laws
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification.
